The Relationship between Balanced Sleeping and Child’s Intelligence

A child’s IQ may be affected by how well they sleep, making this a fascinating topic of research. The importance of sleep for a child’s brain development has been well-documented. When kids get adequate shut-eye, their minds can process what they learned during the day without interruption.

There are many stages of sleep, such as deep sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, that occur in the brain.
