The Effectiveness of Women Involvement in Negotiation

There has been a lot of focus and study in recent years on the question of how women’s participation in negotiation affects outcomes. Negotiations in which women participate have been found to provide better results because of the distinct talents and views they bring to the table.

Women’s capacity to form and sustain connections is a major factor in the success of their participation in negotiation.
